Refund policy

Overview

We check every saree carefully before dispatch. However, if you face an issue, our return/refund rules apply as below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • You received a product with a major defect

You must raise a request within 48–72 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Minor weaving threads/slubs (common in handloom)
  • Sarees that are worn, washed, or used
  • Custom-made orders
  • Sale/discounted items
  • “Change of mind” cases

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

For damage or wrong item claims, a clear unboxing video from opening the parcel to showing the product is mandatory.

Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/email with your Order ID
  2. Send images + unboxing video
  3. Our team verifies the issue
  4. Once approved, you must ship the item back to us
  5. After inspection, refund/store credit will be processed

Refund Method

Refunds are provided as:

  • Store credit OR
  • Bank transfer/UPI (if applicable)

Refund timeline: 3–7 working days after product inspection.

Replacement / Exchange

If the item is in stock, we can arrange a:

  • Replacement of the same product
    OR
  • Exchange with another item of similar value
