Overview
We check every saree carefully before dispatch. However, if you face an issue, our return/refund rules apply as below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- You received a product with a major defect
You must raise a request within 48–72 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Minor weaving threads/slubs (common in handloom)
- Sarees that are worn, washed, or used
- Custom-made orders
- Sale/discounted items
- “Change of mind” cases
Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
For damage or wrong item claims, a clear unboxing video from opening the parcel to showing the product is mandatory.
Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp/email with your Order ID
- Send images + unboxing video
- Our team verifies the issue
- Once approved, you must ship the item back to us
- After inspection, refund/store credit will be processed
Refund Method
Refunds are provided as:
- Store credit OR
- Bank transfer/UPI (if applicable)
Refund timeline: 3–7 working days after product inspection.
Replacement / Exchange
If the item is in stock, we can arrange a:
- Replacement of the same product
OR - Exchange with another item of similar value
